512-unit garden-style multifamily community on Houston's west side—full electrical scope self-performed by our own crews from underground rough-in through final trim, plus every common-area, leasing, amenity, and site connection.
Trails of Ashford is a garden-style multifamily community on Houston's west side, and Pillars Electric carried the full electrical scope across all 512 units. As the electrical arm of a commercial construction group, we ran the work from underground rough-in through final trim—meter centers and service entrance, unit wiring, panels, devices, and fixtures—then turned to the common-area, leasing, amenity, and site infrastructure that ties a community of this size together.
Garden-style multifamily lives and dies on repetition and schedule. We sequenced rough-in building by building against the framers and the MEPs, kept the work code-compliant and inspection-ready with the City of Houston, and held trim and turnover so each phase delivered on the lease-up calendar. Explore the broader multifamily & mixed-use work we do and the new construction & build-out service this project was delivered under.
