La Scala is a Class A multifamily community in San Antonio, TX, and Pillars Electric self-performed the electrical scope across all 388 units. We handled the service entrance and distribution, unit rough-in, and trim—the full run from gear to devices—while crews mobilized from our Houston headquarters and stayed on the job through turnover.
The defining condition here was the calendar. A Class A lease-up date doesn't move, so we sequenced rough-in tight against the framers and the MEPs, kept the work code-compliant and inspection-ready with the local authority having jurisdiction, and delivered trim phase by phase so units came online on schedule.
