We laid out the distribution to feed conditioned corridors and drive-up bays cleanly, specified the energy-efficient lighting and occupancy controls that keep operating cost down, and kept the work code-compliant and inspection-ready with the local authority having jurisdiction. The facility's high-bay, large-footprint character puts it close to the warehouse & distribution work we do, delivered under our new construction & build-out service.
